For the past 12 years Tom has successfully run the executive search firm TVK and ASSOCIATES, INC. TVK provided recruiting services and investment to high-technology start-up companies. Early in his sales and sales management career Tom was the third employee at Robec Distributors, a company that was recognized by Inc. Magazine in its list of top-ten fastest growing companies in America. Tom’s involvement helped grow the company from $2M to over $100M culminating in a successful IPO.
As a salesperson and sales leader, he went on to consistently drive revenues at companies such as Prime Computer, Parametric Technologies, Sun Microsystems and Pure Software. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Grove City College.
